RUDDER SYSTEM CEASED TO OPERATE. FOUND LEFT RUDDER TORQUE TUBE ASSY ARM BROKEN FREE OF TORQUE TUBE. THIS ARM IS CONNECTED TO RUDDER CABLE. REPLACED TORQUE TUBE WITH NEW PART.
