THE LEFT MAIN GEAR FAILED ON LANDING. THE LOWER SCISSOR ATTACH BOLT, BELLANCA PN 19404-4, APPEARED TO HAVE FAILED ALLOWING THE LOWER GEAR SEGMENT TO ROTATE 180 DEGREES.
