ELEVATOR SKIN CRACKED FROM THE INSIDE. INVESTIGATION REVEALED CRACKS IN LOWER SPAR RADIUS OUTBOARD HINGE BRACKET. THIS WAS ON BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT ELEVATORS.
