HEAVY INTERGRANULAR CORROSION FOUND ON LOWER FLAP MOTOR BRACKET AT BOLT HOLE. REMOVED AND REPLACED PART. AIRCRAFT WAS BASED IN CENTRAL FLORIDA. PARTS WERE NOT PROTECTED WITH PRIMER AT TIME OF MANUFACTURE.
