DURING 300 HR STARTER OIL LEVEL CHECK, OIL WAS FOUND TO BE BLACK IN COLOR. SUSPECT BAD BEARINGS. REMOVED AND REPLACED STARTER, SYSTEM OPERATES NORMALLY.
