What was found
DURING RUN-UP IT WAS DISCOVERED THE GOV NEEDED CONSTANT ADJUSTMENT UP AND DOWN WITH THE TRIM MOTOR. IT WAS FOUND THAT THE TRIM MOTOR HAS SOME INTERNAL SLOP. REPLACED TRIM MOTOR.
