What was found
DURING ENGINE REMOVAL, NOTED A FOULING CONDITION OCCURRING BETWEEN THE FITTING AND SHAFT ASSY. THE SHAFT IS SCORED .0005 INCH TO .001 INCH IN DEPTH. THIS IS CAUSE FOR REJECTION PER RJ MM CHAPTER 71-22-01 PAGE 403 PARA 2.1.(5). INSTALLED A NEW SHAFT.
