CORROSION UNDER THE VIBRATION ABSORBING PADS DUE TO WATER BEING TRAPPED WHERE THE BONDING OF THE PAD TO THE SKIN HAS FAILED. SUBMITTER STATES THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH CESSNA AIRCRAFT.
