What was found
DURING FLIGHT, PILOT LOST THE ABILITY TO CONTROL RIGHT ENGINE THROTTLE. THROTTLE CABLE WAS INTERNALLY BROKEN, INNER CABLE HAD CHAFED ON OUTER HOUSING AT ENGINE END OF CABLE.
