DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND BOTH SPINNER BULKHEADS CRACKED. CAUSE BELIEVED TO BE BALANCE WEIGHT INSTALLED ON FORWARD BULKHEAD BY PERSONS UNKNOWN. REPLACED BULKHEAD WITH NEW UNIT.
