EMERGENCY PRESSURIZATION SHUT-OFF VALVE FAILED IN THE OPEN POSITION CAUSING LOUD AIR NOISE IN BAGGAGE AREA, AND CAUSED CABIN TO GET WARM (AMBIENT TEMP). VALVE WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED.
