ON TAKEOFF ROLL, HEARD ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP SURGING. ABORTED TAKEOFF. SUMPED STRAINER TWICE AND FOUND BRASS FLAKES BOTH TIMES. LEFT THE BRASS FLAKES IN THE STRAINER FOR MAINTENANCE TO VERIFY.
