ON DESCENT, RIGHT ENGINE BEGAN TO SURGE WITH POWER LEVER MOVEMENTS. SHUT DOWN ENGINE FOR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AND LANDED ON ONE ENGINE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BLEED VALVE. OPS CHECK OK.
