NEW FUEL SERVO INSTALLED ON AIRCRAFT. FUEL LEAK AT FUEL INLET. REMOVED ADAPTER FROM UNIT, O-RING PACKING, PN 951789, WAS MISSING. SUBMITTER STATED THIS WAS A NEW SERVO AND ALL FITTINGS INSTALLED WERE TORQUED.
