CREW REPORTED SINGLE POINT REFUELING DOOR SWITCH ACTUATOR WAS BROKEN. THE DOOR WARNING SYS WAS DEFERRED. THE SWITCH WAS REPLACED WITH NEW PN JV-26 AND RIGGED. FUNCTIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
