CREW REPORTED THE RT WING FUEL QUANITITY INTERMITTENTLY SHOWS DASHES ON THE INDICATOR. THE RT WING FUEL WIRE HARNESS WAS REMOVED AND A NEW HARNESS WAS INSTALLED. FUNCTIONAL CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
