CREW REPORTS THE CABIN RECIRCULATING FAN WAS DEFECTIVE. REMOVED THE DEFECTIVE CABIN FAN PN 0901-2, SN 0696. INSTALLED AN O/H UNIT. THIS IS THE THIRD FAN ASSY REPLACED IN ABOUT A YEAR.
