FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE RIGHT HAND FORWARD FACING WINDSHIELD OUTER PANEL CRACKED DURING FLIGHT. THE WINDSHIELD WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
