What was found
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED DURING FLIGHT, THE HORIZONTAL STAB HEATING FAILED. TROUBLESHOOTING DETERMINED THAT TWO CONTACTORS K251 AND K252 HAD FAILED. THE TWO CONTACTORS WERE REPLACED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
