DURING HEAVY CHECK PAX #3 DOOR INTERCOSTAL PN ACA3820-10 HAS A CRACK. REMOVED AND REPLACED INTERCOSTAL PN: ACA 3820-10 ON PAX #3 DOOR AT AFT SIDE 2ND FROM TOP IAW MD-11 SRM 51-35-01 AND SRM 51-33-01. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
