DURING HEAVY CHECK PAX #3 DOOR INTERCOSTAL PN ACA3820 HAS A CRACK. REMOVED AND REPLACED INTERCOSTAL PN: ACA3820-4 ONPAX #3 DOOE AT MIDDLE SIDE FROM TOP IAW MD-11 SRM 51-33-01 AND SRM 51-35-01. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
