#3 INLET HAS PITTING CORROSION BETWEEN 5 & 6 O'CLOCK POS. REMOVED MILD SURFACE CORROSION AND LITE PITTING BY HAND RUBBING ON #3 INLET BETWEEN 5 & 6 O'CLOCK POSITION. FOUND WITHIN LIMITS IAW MD-11 SRM 54-12-02. NO MATERIAL LOSS AT THIS TIME. O. ARILA D0011. AIRCRAFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
