STL INFLIGHT T2028/06AUG. CREW REPORTED UNSAFE NOSE GEAR LIGHT. NOSE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. RETURNED TO STL AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED RETRACT CYLINDER AND BUNGEE CYLINDER. SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPS.
