MSY - INFLIGHT DFW-RSW. AFTER ACTIVATING ENGINE ANTI-ICE CREW REPORTED STRONG ACRID ODOR ON FLIGHT DECK AND IN CABIN. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND LANDED MSY WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED COALESCER BAGS. SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATIONS.
