AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFT LEFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY AND THE BATTERY IS DEAD. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FLASHLIGHT THE BATTERY AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER TASK CARD 26C00025003.
