AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS ON PREFLIGHT THAT THE GALLEY FORWARD FLASHLIGHT INDICATION LIGHT WILL NOT BLINK. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 25-60-00.
