AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: ARMING LATCH ON 1L DOOR HARD TO LATCH. MAINTENANCE CLEANED OUT DEBRIS FROM AROUND GIRT BAR FLOOR LATCHES AND LUBED PER AMM 52-11-22-400-001-A. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
