AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DUE TO REPEAT REPORTS OF COCKPIT DOOR LOCK FAULT, MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING. T/S IAW TSM 52-21-00-810-801. NO FAULTS FOUND ON OPS TEST. CHECKED DOOR DIMENSIONS IAW AMM 52-51-00-820-001-A. FOUND F DIMENSION OUT OF LIMITS. RH SIDE OF DOOR WHEN LOOKING FWD WAS PUSHING THE TOP TRIM OUT WHEN CLOSED. REMOVED SHIMS TO GET WITHIN TOLERANCE.
