AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR HANDLE DOES NOT OPEN DOOR WHEN ROTATED CLOCKWISE. MAINTENANCE FOUND UPPER AND CENTER DOOR LATCHES TO RETRACT LESS THAN LOWER DOOR LATCH WHEN TURNED CLOCKWISE. ADJUSTED TO MINIMUM TOLERANCES PER AMM 52-51-00-820-809-A. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
