AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT SAYS FABRIC STICKING OUT OF MAIN CABIN ENTRY DOOR IN THE WAY OF THE GIRT BAR. MAINTENANCE FOUND GIRT MATERIAL NOT HAVING A Z FOLD. REMOVED SLIDE ASSY AND RII ACCOMPLISHED FOR L1 SLIDE PROPERLY FOLDED GIRT. RE-INSTALLED SLIDE ASSY PER AMM 25-66-01.
