AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: R-1 SERVICE DOOR IS DIFFICULT TO CLOSE UNLESS EXCESSIVE FORCE ISUSED ON THE UPPER PART OF THE DOOR. NORMAL OPERATION WHEN THE SERVICE DOOR IS OPENED AND CLOSED FROM THE OUTSIDE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED R1 DOOR SNUBBER IAW AMM 52-41-51.
