DECSION MADE TO RETURN TO DFW, EMERGENCY WAS NOT DECLARED AIRCRAFT LANDED OVERWEIGHT WITHOUT ISSUE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED REPLACED BLEED AIR REGULATOR PER AMM 36-11-03.
