AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD CABINET JUMP SEAT BOTH EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHTS TEST UNSUCCESSFUL AND SEAL BROKEN. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FORWARD OUTBOARD JUMP SEAT FLASHLIGHT BATTERY PER AMM 25-65-00. OPS CHECKED BOTH FLASHLIGHT AND GOOD. OK FOR SERVICE.
