CAPTAINS SEAT WILL NOT STAY LOCKED IN RAIL, SEAT SLIDES BACK ON TAKEOFF. REMOVED CARPET FROM BETWEEN CAPTAINS RAILS. CARPET WAS STUCK IN RIGHT SEAT RAIL. SEAT OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
