DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND HEATER BLOWER LOW SPEED RESISTOR, BURNED. ATTACHED WIRE INSULATION WAS BURNED BACK ABOUT TWO INCHES . FOUND HEAT DAMAGE TO MOUNTING SURFACE. REPLACED RESISTOR AND WIRING.
