TAKE OFF WAS DISCONTINUED DUE TO ENG FAILURE BELOW 60 KTS, ENG 2 FAIL. DURING VISUAL INSPECTION AFTER TAKEOFF WERE FOUND ALL BLADES OF LAST TURBINE STAGE DAMAGED. ITS NECESSARY REMOVAL & INSTALL A NEW ENG.
