DEFERRED PER AMM 71-71-00-200-801-F00. REPAIR REQUIRED WITHIN 25 FLIGHT CYCLES. FAN COWLS CLOSED AND LATCHED PER AMM 71-11-02. GROUNDED - YES. ON DEFERRAL.
