F/A REPORTS L1 DOOR DIFFICULT TO CLOSE. GROUNDED - YES. OPENED AND CLOSED L1 FWD ENTRY DOOR IAW AMM 52-11-00. UPPER HINGE POINT HAS SOME CREAKING SOUND. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED THE L1 DOOR IN REF. TO FIM 52-10 TASK 807. DOOR NOW OPENES AND CLOSES SMOOTHLY. NO DAMAGE NOTED. DOOR OPERATES NORAMLLY AT THIS TIME.
