RIC FLIGHT 5529 DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN AT ROW 15 WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN BULB WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
