(AUS) OXYGEN SUPPLY CANISTER FIRING LANYARD SEPARATED. THE LANYARDSWAGE FITTING WAS MISSING. THIS WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THEACTIVATION OF THE OXYGEN GENERATOR CANISTER.
