(AUS) ELEVATOR SPAR CRACKED ACROSS SPAR WEB IN AREA OF OUTBOARD HINGE ATTACHMENT. CRACK ORIGINATED AT THE HINGE ATTACHMENT BOLT HOLE AND PROPAGATED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. FACTORY FITTED DOUBLER ALSO CRACKED.
