(AUS) PROPELLER HUB CRACKED ON FLANGE AREA. INVESTIGATION ALSO FOUND THAT ALL THREE BLADE SOCKETS WERE FILLED WITH `SILASTIC' SEALANT. PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR.
