(AUS) NR 6 AND NR 7 LEADING EDGE FLAPS DISCONNECTED DUE TO THE OUTBOARD SPLINE COUPLING COMING ADRIFT. THERE WAS NO SIGN OF THE LOCKWIREOR ATTACHMENT SCREWS.
