VIBRATION NOTED BY INBOUND CREW AT FLAPS 2, RT INBOARD FLAP AREA. FOUND LT AND RT INBOARD FOREFLAP TOGGLE BOLTS LOOSE. TIGHTENED AND RE-SAFETIED BOLTS. ALSO, TIGHTENED AND RE-SAFETIED LT INBOARD FOREFLAP TRACK ATTACH BOLTS. INSPECTED ENTIRE FLAP AREA.
