CLE FLIGHT NR 2786, CREW REPORTED SMOKE COMING FROM THE CO-PILOTS RMU WHILE TAXIING TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED SYSTEM AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CO-PILOTS RMU. ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
