CLE FLIGHT 2514 THE CREW REPORTED THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT GEAR SHOCK ABSORBER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
