DURING DESCENT THE CREW RECEIVED ANTI-ICE WING 1 LEAK WARNING MESSAGE. PERFORMED QRH & MESSAGE WENT OUT MOMENTARILY, CAME BACK APPROX 4 MIN. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMER. THE FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT & TAXIED TO THE GATE AS NORMAL.
