INSTALLED SPLICE REPAIR ON RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER T/E BEAM BALANCE PANELS CAVITIES NR 2, NR 3, AND NR 4. DAMAGED CHORD SECTION REMOVE. REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED IAW SRM.
