(CAN) RUDDER LOWER POWER CONTROL ACTUATOR INPUT CRANK LH PIVOT BOLT LOOSE AND NUT BACKED OFF. LOOSE BOLT ALSO FOUND FOULING ADJACENT CRANK LH LUG. NUT STILL HAD SELF LOCKING ABILITY. NEW BOLT, BUSHING, NUT AND WASHER INSTALLED.
