(CAN) WHEN GEAR WAS SELECTED UP AFTER TAKEOFF IF DID NOT RETRACT. UNTIL THE PILOT HAD TURNED FOR RETURN TO RUNWAY. SUBSEQUENT INVESTIGATION REVEALED LOOSE WIRING TERMINALS ON GEAR SELECTOR HANDLE.
